Psychotherapy & Mental Health Counselling at Be Well

Introduction: Your mental well-being is as crucial as your physical health. At Be Well, we understand that life’s challenges can sometimes be overwhelming. Whether it’s daily stress, unresolved traumas, or more significant mental health concerns, our expert team is here to guide and support you.

What is Psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy is a collaborative process where a trained professional helps you explore and understand feelings, thoughts, and behaviors that might be causing distress. Through conversations, techniques, and strategies, you can uncover patterns, gain insights, and work towards meaningful change.

Why Seek Mental Health Counselling?

  1. Personal Growth: Understand yourself better, explore your potential, and foster personal development.
  2. Overcome Challenges: Address anxiety, depression, anger, relationship issues, trauma, addictions, and more.
  3. Build Resilience: Learn coping mechanisms and strategies to face life’s ups and downs.
  4. Improve Relationships: Develop better communication skills, increase understanding, and foster stronger bonds with loved ones.

Our Services Include:

  • Individual Therapy: One-on-one sessions tailored to your unique needs.
  • Child & Adolescent Counselling: Specialized support for younger individuals, including art therapy techniques.

Meet Our Therapists:

At Be Well, we are proud to have a diverse team of experts, including our recent addition, Steve Radley. With international experience and a deep understanding of varied therapeutic methods, our therapists are committed to creating a safe, confidential, and supportive space for you.

Steve Radley’s journey in psychology began with his undergraduate studies in Canada at the University of Western Ontario, followed by a Master’s from the University of East London in the UK. Throughout his academic endeavors, Steve acquired skills in various therapeutic approaches, including art therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, person-centered therapy, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. He’s associated with the Canadian Art Therapy Association as well as the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists.

Starting in 1996, Steve dedicated himself to psychotherapy and counselling. He has practiced in Canada and the UK, serving in both private settings and community-based roles, including schools.

In 2019, Steve expanded his horizons by relocating to Asia, where he catered especially to the expatriate community. He briefly worked in China and later moved to Vietnam in 2020 due to the global health scenario. By 2023, he found his base in Thailand.

Steve’s extensive experience has equipped him to assist both adults and children through a range of challenges. He has worked across various platforms – from general medical practices to specialized services for adolescents, adults, addiction, and neurorehabilitation.

Depending on individual needs, Steve offers counselling or in-depth psychotherapy. He addresses a spectrum of concerns, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and life transitions. A highlight of Steve’s approach is his ability to cater to children, starting from the age of 10. He often employs art therapy, a method that resonates particularly well with younger individuals.
