Members receive discounted rates on services in our clinics, including consultations with supporting specialists. Membership includes access to house calls during daytime and after-hour phone calls (and doctor house visits, if needed) during the night. These services are available exclusively to Members. Medical records are securely stored, giving our doctors access to your health history when needed. If you require medical care outside Hua Hin, our team, with your consent, will share your medical data with the treating hospital.

Membership also includes an annual health check, which can be used for medical statements (e.g., for work permits or driver’s licenses). Members can reach out during clinic hours for short medical questions by phone or email, free of charge, up to 4 times per year. Referrals from our doctors provide benefits at selected partner hospitals in Hua Hin and Bangkok. Members benefit from discounts on medicines at our in-house pharmacies and our home care & mobility aid store at the Black Mountain location.
