Be Well Medical Center — BelVida Location

Be Well X-Ray Department with Canon Radrex digital radiography system

We are proud to announce the installation of our new X-ray department on the second floor of our BelVida location. While we already have X-ray equipment for dental use (local and panoramic), we can now also make X-rays of other parts of the body.

State-of-the-Art Technology

Our department features a Radrex digital radiography system from Canon with an LG flat panel detector. All necessary measures have been taken to control radiation safety, and our facilities were unconditionally approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

The equipment is operated by experienced radiologic technologists.

Diagnostic Applications

X-rays are used for various diagnostic purposes. Below is an overview of common applications at our clinic.

Chest Problems

Sudden chest pain, cough, or chronic symptoms can be clarified with a chest X-ray, revealing conditions like pneumonia, fluid buildup, collapsed lung, chronic disease, lung tumors, or tuberculosis.

Bone & Joint Injuries

Painful falls, sports injuries, or persistent joint pain can be evaluated, showing fractures, dislocations, arthritis, gout changes, stress fractures, or bone infection.

Back Pain & Posture

Spine X-rays diagnose scoliosis, slipped discs, or degenerative changes that may be causing discomfort or mobility issues.

Abdominal Pain

Abdominal X-rays screen for kidney stones, bladder stones, or bowel obstruction to help identify the source of pain.

Head Trauma

Head X-rays identify skull fractures or congenital bone conditions following injuries or for diagnostic evaluation.

Sinus Conditions

While CT scans provide better imaging, X-rays can still be useful in the initial evaluation of sinus problems.

Swallowing Difficulties

Neck or chest X-rays can locate accidentally swallowed foreign objects that may be causing discomfort.

Post-Surgical Follow-up

X-rays confirm implant position, fracture healing, or spinal hardware (screw, plate) alignment after procedures.

Growth Concerns in Children

Hand/wrist X-rays assess bone age and growth plate development to monitor healthy development.

Congenital Skeletal Problems

X-rays help identify conditions like clubfoot, hip dysplasia, or abnormal skull formation in patients of all ages.

Radiologist analyzing X-ray scans

Expert Analysis & Follow-up

All images are analyzed by our experienced radiologists, who can review scans either on-site at our clinic or remotely for faster turnaround.

Based on the radiologist reports, our family doctors may seek further advice from specialists or arrange referrals when needed. In some cases, additional imaging may be recommended, such as ultrasound, CT scan, or MRI.

Where to find us

Our X-ray department is located on the second floor of the BelVida clinic. No appointment is needed for standard X-rays — your family doctor can refer you during your visit and results are typically available the same day or within 24 hours.
