Avbokningsregler

Vi förstår att det finns tillfällen då du kan behöva avboka eller boka om ett möte med kort varsel och vi kommer alltid att försöka tillgodose förfrågningar om ombokning så gott vi kan.

The special clinics that we run take place intermittently and the supporting specialist sometimes travel many hours in order to be available for consultation at our clinic. For these clinics, late cancellations often do not allow time for other patients to fill the new vacancy. Accordingly, we are regrettably obliged to charge a fee for lost appointments, as outlined below.

Supporting specialists, psychotherapists, physiotherapists, acupuncturists & dentists appointments

Seven days before your scheduled appointment, we will send you an appointment reminder email asking you to confirm. If the appointment is not confirmed via email within 5 days of the appointment date, we may need to release the slot to another patient on the waiting list.

"No show" och avbokningar som görs mindre än 24 timmar före mötet kommer att medföra en avgift på 100% av konsultationsavgiften.

Avbokningar som görs mer än 24 timmar före mötet debiteras utan kostnad.

Familjeläkarbesök

Avbokningar medför ingen avgift men ring gärna i förväg om du behöver avboka så att vi kan optimera våra läkarbesökstider.
