Supporting Specialists

Be Well works with selected specialists to bring the benefit of their expertise into the primary care setting. These specialists provide support to our primary care family medicine team, enabling us to offer regular clinics addressing niche needs in primary care. These clinics are held on a regular basis depending on demand.

Dr. Sarun Sompornserm

Dr. Sarun Sompornserm comes to us as the replacement to Dr. Charlie Laohanpand, his colleague at the Liver and Digestive Institute of Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital. Dr. Charlie is currently pursuing further studies in the US. In this transition, Dr. Sarun will join our team of visiting specialists as a Gastroenterologist starting March 25th.

Holding a First Class Honors M.D. from the Faculty of Medicine at Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, and a Diploma of the Thai Sub Board of Gastroenterology from the Faculty of Medicine at Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, Dr. Sarun brings a wealth of expertise to our team. Currently affiliated with Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital, he specializes in gastroenterology and internal medicine. Dr. Sarun’s inaugural visit is slated for March 25th, marking the commencement of his tenure with us.

Dr. Isares Saisorn

Dr. Isares  is a urology surgical specialist working at Samitivej Hospital, Bangkok and is a graduate of the Mahidol University in Bangkok. After graduating as a MD, Dr. Isares completed his Diploma of Surgery and later Urology at Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University. Dr Isares also obtained the certificate of Robotic High Intensity Focused Ultrasound at Klinikum Muchen Harlaching in Germany.

Dr. Kitigon Vichairuangthum

Dr. Kitigon Vichairuangthum is a graduate of the Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok. After graduating Dr. Kitigon completed a fellowship program in interventional cardiology at the Vajira hospital. He focused on the patient treatment in complex percutaneous coronary intervention such as bifurcation lesion and chronic total occlusion lesion in which field he treated over 8,000 patients in the last 10 years.

With this expertise, he has published his work in more than 20 international medical journals Dr. Kitigon is a director of the cardiovascular unit of the Kluaynamthai hospital as well as consulting cardiologist at the Hua Hin hospital. He resides in Bangkok and comes to Hua Hin usually two days per week.

Dr. Netrnapa Youngrod

Dr Netrnapa is a graduate from the Chulalongkorn University where she studied medicines followed by a specialization in dermatology. Throughout her career she practiced as physician and research scientist in various fields of dermatology, including anti-aging. A certified acupuncturist, Dr Netrnapa currently works at Bangkok Hospital as general dermatologist.

Steve Radley
Visiting psychotherapist and mental health counsellor.

Educated in Canada and the UK, Steve is skilled in various therapeutic techniques and is affiliated with renowned therapy associations. With a career starting in 1996, he’s practiced in Canada, the UK, and Asia, catering to both adults and children. He specializes in diverse mental health challenges and notably employs art therapy for young patients. For session details, visit our website.

Dr. Uthis Tanratanawong

Dr. Uthis earned her medical degree from Prince of Songkhla University in 1989 and a Radiology diploma from Chulalongkorn University in 1994. She trained in MRI radiology at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center, California. She worked as a radiologist at multiple renowned hospitals, including Bangkok Hospital Phuket (2003-2010). In 2010, she became Chief Radiologist at Hua Hin Hospital until 2019. Since then, she’s advised and practiced part-time in the Prachuap Khiri Khan and Phetchaburi provinces.
