Membership Fees

Membership Fees

The rate for the first family member is THB 3,500. For additional family members 16 yrs or above the rate is THB 2,000 .

These rates are inclusive of the initial health check consultation and tests. 

Please note that full membership benefits are available once you have registered online; the visit to the clinic for an initial health check and tests can be arranged later at your convenience.

The following deductions are applicable:

Additional family members (spouse and children) pay a registration fee of THB 2000 for children 16 years or above
There is no registration fee for children under 16 years*
*the annual health checks for children under 16 years does not include a blood test and ECG (unless there is a medical indication)
THB 500 reduction for members who do not require a blood/urine test (e.g. in case they have done a test recently and bring the results)
THB 500 reduction for members who do not require an ECG (same).

After 12 months the primary member will pay an annual renewal fee of THB 1400, additional family members 16 years of age or above THB 1200, and Children under 16 years of age do not pay a renewal fee.

The renewal fee includes a free annual health check (basic blood & urine tests, physical examination by our doctor) and up to four free phone/email consultations (during clinic hours).

While the annual health check is voluntary, we do recommend members undergo the check-up, particularly patients over the age of 50.
