Wir verstehen, dass es Zeiten gibt, in denen Sie einen Termin kurzfristig absagen oder verschieben müssen, und wir werden stets versuchen, Umplanungswünsche so gut wie möglich zu berücksichtigen.

The special clinics that we run take place intermittently and the supporting specialist sometimes travel many hours in order to be available for consultation at our clinic. For these clinics, late cancellations often do not allow time for other patients to fill the new vacancy. Accordingly, we are regrettably obliged to charge a fee for lost appointments, as outlined below.

Supporting specialists, psychotherapists, physiotherapists, acupuncturists & dentists appointments

Seven days before your scheduled appointment, we will send you an appointment reminder email asking you to confirm. If the appointment is not confirmed via email within 5 days of the appointment date, we may need to release the slot to another patient on the waiting list.

Bei Nichterscheinen und Absagen, die weniger als 24 Stunden vor dem Termin erfolgen, wird eine Gebühr von 100% der Beratungsgebühr erhoben.

Bei Stornierungen, die mehr als 24 Stunden vor dem Termin erfolgen, fallen keine Kosten an.

Hausarzttermine

Für die Stornierung fallen keine Gebühren an. Bitte rufen Sie uns im Falle einer Stornierung jedoch vorher an, damit wir die Sprechzeiten unserer Ärzte optimieren können.
